Formula Vision was spun off from Formula Systems (NASDAQ: FORTY) in December 2006.
Formula Vision joined with Kardan Technologies in December 2006 in an agreement under which of the 13 firms in Formula Vision, the holdings of five of them will be transferred to a limited partnership. The five firms are IDIT, FIS Software, Babylon, Transtech, and GigaSpaces. The new entity for the partnership is called Formula Vision Portfolio Holdings.
